*Student Sponsorship: The ticket enables a student to attend the event without having to pay the registration fee making it more accessible for them to experience SCSHP. If you wish to sponsor a specific student: Please enter the full name and email address in the appropriate section of the registration form. The sponsored student will be send a code to register for the meeting.

 

 


TRANSFER OR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Transfer Process 
If you are no longer able to participate in the meeting/event, you may elect to transfer your registration. Anyone who elects to transfer registration to another person must do so by written request to SCSHP seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting/event start date.

Cancellation Process
Must be received seven (7) calendar days or more prior to the Event. You will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds or transfer is available if received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting/event start date.
